Terms of service
Last updated 1 September 2026. These terms apply when you use our website or take part in mediation with us.
What we offer
We provide mediation, which is a guided conversation between two or more people. We’re independent and don’t take sides.
What we don’t do
We don’t give legal, financial or medical advice. Nothing on this website is advice. Please get independent advice where you need it.
Taking part
Mediation is voluntary, and each of you may stop at any time. Everyone taking part agrees to be respectful and to keep what others say in the sessions private.
Fees
Each person pays an equal share unless you both agree otherwise. We’ll agree the fee with you in writing before you begin.
Cancelling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change a session, and we’ll rebook it without charge. Later changes may be charged.
Outcomes
We can’t say in advance that you’ll reach an agreement. A written summary records what you decide and is not a legal document.
Confidentiality
What’s said in sessions is private, with the limits set out in our privacy policy.
Website use
You may read and share links to our pages. Please don’t copy our content without asking.
