What we collect
When you enquire, we collect your name, email and, if you give them, your phone number and a short note. During mediation, we keep notes of sessions and copies of any summary.
Why we collect it
We use your details to reply to you, to arrange meetings and to run your mediation. We use them for nothing else.
Who sees it
Only the mediators at Wellmet. We don’t sell your details or share them for marketing. We share information outside the practice only if you ask us to, or if we must for a serious safety reason or because the rules where you live require it. We’ll tell you at the start what those limits are.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for twelve months and session records for seven years, then delete them securely. You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner.
How we protect it
Records are stored in password-protected systems, and paper notes are kept in a locked cabinet.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold, correct it or have it removed where we’re allowed to. Write to us at the address below.
